Because personalized products are made specifically for you, including Future Letters, Future Gifts, and Personalized Time Capsules, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production, preservation, or storage has begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos along with your order information. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
