Some feelings are too important to be kept only in the present.
We help you turn words, memories, and emotions into Future Letters, Future Gifts, and Personalized Time Capsules — so they can arrive exactly when they are needed most.
2. Your Orders
Every order begins with a story — yours.
Once you place an order, we begin carefully shaping your message, gift, or time capsule according to your choices.
If something needs to be changed, please reach out as soon as possible. We will always try to help before your order begins its journey into creation.
3. Personalization
This is where your emotions take form.
You can write to your future self, someone you love, or even a memory you don’t want to forget.
We treat every word, photo, and detail with care — because they are not just data, but meaning.
Please make sure your information is correct before submitting, so your future moment can unfold exactly as you imagined.
4. Delivery Through Time
Not all deliveries arrive today.
Some are meant for later.
Non-customized items: 10–15 business days
Customized creations: 15–30 business days, or a date you choose in the future
Once your order leaves our hands, we will send you a tracking update so you can follow its journey.
And if you’ve chosen a future date — we’ll wait with you until that moment arrives.
5. Returns & Protection
Because many of our creations are made uniquely for you, they cannot be returned once they begin their journey of creation.
But if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as it should be, please contact us within 7 days.
We will always listen, and we will always try to make it right.
6. Future Moments
Some things are not meant to be opened now.
Future Letters, Future Gifts, and Time Capsules are designed to arrive at a moment you choose — a birthday, an anniversary, or a day that only you understand.
You may change that moment only before creation begins. After that, the future has already been set in motion.
7. Privacy & Trust
Your memories belong to you.
We do not sell your data or your stories.
Everything you share with us is used only to create and deliver your chosen experience — and nothing more.
